Scope
This policy describes how Intpixel Labs Private Limited, operating as VogicAI, handles information collected through this website. It does not govern data processed inside customer deployments of the VogicAI platform — that processing is governed by the contract with each customer, who remains the controller of their own operational data.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to send us through the enquiry form on the Contact page.
- Name, designation and organisation
- Official email address and phone number
- City and country
- Industry, inquiry type and solution of interest
- Indicative deployment scale, model and timeline
- The message you write
How we use it
Enquiry details are used to respond to your request, to prepare a relevant technical discussion, and to maintain a record of the conversation. We do not sell enquiry data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without a separate opt-in.
Operational data in customer deployments
VogicAI deployments can run at the edge, on-premise, in a private cloud or fully air-gapped. In these configurations, video, imagery, identity records and derived intelligence remain within infrastructure the customer controls. VogicAI does not require operational data to be transmitted to us in order for the platform to function.
Where a customer requests support, model tuning or evaluation assistance, any access to operational data is subject to a written agreement, defined scope and audit logging.
Retention
Website enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship they relate to, and then deleted or anonymised. Retention periods for customer deployments are configured by the customer.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the enquiry details you have submitted. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable period.
